  9. Fruit Machine - 458 Machines - Database (XML)

    This is an XML (Unfinished) for fruit machines as i have been searching the net and found very little to do with this emulation aspect of it .Any Media would be gratefully put to use and more help with the emulation using MFME V2 V3 V5.1 V9.4 V10.1a emulators,the biggest problem is having it maintain the desktop screen size when the machine is loaded through rocketlauncher,Anyway i hope this helps the people who like the fruit machines
    Additional
    each machine must be in its own folder unzipped then Rename fruit machine folder and the .gam file inside the folder to machine name in the xml

    example rename" magnificent7sWDX" to "Magnificent 7's (Barcrest) and the .gam file inside the folder the same as machine folder name

    hope this helps

  21. Arcade Systems Pack - Genre Matched - Databases (XMLs) + Genre Media

    MAME and individual system databases with the genres named to match the included media.

    These XMLs and Media were re-named to work and display properly in both the HyperSpin genre wheel and on the RocketLauncher Fade screen.
    (For example: Sports/Baseball renamed to Sports-Baseball in the XML)
    Also includes the matching media for HyperSpin genre\Backgrounds, HyperSpin genre\Wheel and RocketLauncher fade\_default\genre
    Why? Because the standard genre naming convention in MAME doesn't work well with RocketLauncher Fade. The RL devs will be fixing this in a future update, but for now this works.
    More info at these links:
    http://www.rlauncher.com/forum/showthread.php?2094-RocketLauncher-can-t-read-MAME-genres-for-media
    http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/topic/12545-unofficial-mame-0167-xml/

    Make sure you back up your own XMLs and media first. Personally I use the Backgrounds and the Unframed Genre Wheels as my Hyperspin media (media\system\images\genre\backgrounds & wheel). I use the Framed Genre Wheels as my RocketLauncher Fade screen media (RocketLauncher\media\fade\_default\genre) as I think the uniform frames look better on the Fade screen.

    -MAME and the System Classics (Atari, Capcom, Cave, Data east, Irem, Konami, Midway/Bally, Namco, Nintendo, Taito, Williams) are built from the .167 MAME XML (with no casino, no mahjong).

    -AAE, Model 2, Model 3 are built from their up-to-date official XMLs.

    -Daphne is built from its official up-to-date XML, but also includes Ninja Hayate and Time Gal.

    -Atomiswave and Naomi are built for the newest release of DeMul.

    -SNK Neo Geo is both the official Neo-Geo xml, combined with SNK Classics.

    If you notice anything that needs to be fixed please let me know.

  22. Terrordrome - Database (XML)

    The crew at Huracan Studio just released a new version 2.10 of this fantastic game on Halloween. I've had this set up in my Hyperspin Main Menu for quite some time now and wanted to share it with you all. I did not create the menu graphics but collected them from around the web and thought there needed to be some easy place to find them. I am uploading the XML I created, the main menu graphics from sinistersix, the main menu wheel art, and the gameplay video. Please contact me if you need help getting the game to work correctly. Hope you enjoy!

    The following assumes you're using RocketLauncher.
    When you set up Terrordrome in RocketLauncher, you'll need to make it use the MUGEN emulator. Also, you'll need to have the MUGEN emulator use LNK files. Then make a shortcut inside the Terrordrome folder called Terrordrome.lnk and connect it to the main executable Terrordrome_Final.exe. This should cause the 1 record in this XML to appear green when audited in RocketLauncher.

    In order to get Terrordrome functioning correctly when using the ESC and ALT keys, I created an AHK script. Select Terrordrome from your RocketLauncher list, then click the Keymapper tab and add a new AutoHotKey system profile item. Finally, paste in the following code:

    MEmu = Terrordrome
    MEmuV = N/A
    MURL = http://terrordrome-thegame.com/
    MAuthor = malarrya
    MVersion = 1.0.0
    MSystem = "Terrordrome"
    ;----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    ; Notes:
    ; Place your SYSCARD.PCE file in the same folder as the emu. If your bios is called SYSCARD3.PCE, rename it to SYSCARD.PCE
    ; If you want to use built-in zip support, you need to d/l UNZIP32.DLL and put it in the emu folder. Otherwise, use 7z support to unzip your rom
    ; To go fullscreen, set in the emulator's options to "Start Window Mode". HyperLaunch sends fullscreen on launch so it can be controlled via HLHQ and the module

    ; CD systems:
    ; Make sure your DAEMON_Tools_Path in Settings\Global HyperLaunch.ini is correct

  23. Dungeons & Dragons Database (XML)

    Back in the 80s, when D&D was all the rage, and I was all alone, I really enjoyed the hours of endless entertainment and imagination it provided. I saw people using a "Bookshelf" system for Retro Gaming magazines so that gave me the idea to construct my own D&D PDF themed system. It's really just a fancy way into reading Dungeons and Dragons books and modules. The database contains over 900 entries including product series codes, publishing year, and publisher. Please let me know if you find any mistakes or omissions.
    Note: The database was created based on what PDFs are available and NOT what products are available. The database ranges from D&D's inception in 1974 to Pre-3rd Edition in 2000 (basically 1st and 2nd edition).

    1.1 -- Removed double spaces in a number of file names and descriptions. 1.2 -- Added a couple rare modules and made some minor adjustments to a few filenames. 1.3 -- Added a few more modules and made more adjustments (case, title, etc.) to numerous filenames. Compatible with Wheel pack 2.7 1.3.1 -- Fixed 2 minor errors in the XML. 2.0.0 -- Completely reworked most all file names to be more descriptive, fixed numerous file names that were originally incorrect, added 40 new items, and added several new GENRE files. Please find the other related files at the following links:
