IamRoger Posted February 17, 2016 Share Posted February 17, 2016 Just purchased a platinum membership and I'm getting this error trying to login using Hpersync....EMUmovies logs in with no problem. I hoped someone else would have taken that task on him, that's why I gave you guys my source code of Hyperspeech. First I have to update everything before I can figure out the odds... This will not be very soon as I need to replace my PC which has seen his best days a long time ago. But for now I would like to get Hypersycn working to start updating again. gigapig Posted November 11, 2016 Share Posted November 11, 2016 Are you guys just dumping the new exe into your old HyperSync folder? That won't work. You need to delete the contents of the Hypersync folder and then place the new Hypersync version in the folder, it should be the only file in there when you run it. Each time I click 'Profile', nothing happens. If I click 'log in', it simply tries to do so again with the previous credentials. I've checked for other windows that might be pop-unders, but see nothing. I reinstalled HyperSync Cloud from the download link, but the same behavior continues. I am a platinum member and I'm using Hyper Cloud to sort out the media. I keep getting locked out of the HB login and keeps telling me to check my credentials. I have followed all the steps in this thread and it still persists I do have an ASUS router which has malicious sites turned off. Somedays I can login and others I cant.
