Below is an overview of your installation, don't worry too much about details yet. We just want you to be familiar with the layout of your installation.
The HyperSpin installation consists of 4 folders: Databases, Settings, Media, and HyperTheme. As you can see, the HyperSpin main executable is here as well as HyperLaunch, HyperHQ, HyperTheme, and HyperBrite. You'll also find the betabriteusb.dll and the End-User License Agreement in the root folder.
The Databases folder contains XML databases. Each wheel in HyperSpin is represented by one database. If you can edit a text file then you can edit an XML file, but you can easily manage your databases(or lists) with HyperList.
The Media folder contains all of the assets used in HyperSpin. This includes images, video, sound and flash animations. Everything in HyperSpin is fully customizable using these assets.
The Settings folder contains all of your settings files. Each menu's look and feel is controlled by these settings files. Settings files are text files with the .ini extension. Again, if you can edit a text file then you can easily edit a .ini file. But you can also manage your settings with HyperHQ.
The HyperTheme folder includes a 7-zip stand-alone and license file for packing themes you create. HyperTheme places your theme, along with the renamed artwork, in a subfolder named after the theme. HyperTheme packs two zipped themes for you. One will be named in the proper convention for uploading to the HyperSpin website for approval (gamename-creator(YYYYMMDD).zip). The other copy will be ready for you to place right in your themes folder (gamename.zip).
