Removing Systems

Removing a system from HyperSpin is easy with Hyper HQ.  Open Hyper HQ and bring up the Main Menu Wizard tab.  Click on the negative icon (shown below) to remove your system.

Next, you’ll see the options for removing your system.  Select the system you want to remove by clicking on it. 

As you can see in the image below, once you select a Main Menu item to remove, the removal options are shown.  If you want to keep the folders and files associated with the system, select ‘Just Remove From Database.’  This will only remove the entry for that system from the Main Menu XML.  To remove all folders and files related to that system from HyperSpin (Media, Settings, and Database) select the full removal option.

Hyper HQ will ask you to verify the removal, select OK to remove the item.

That’s it! You’re all done.
