You can download anything if you are a platinum member, if not then anything but not from the platinum section, there may also be restrictions on how much. The computer question is to open, if you want a computer to download files then any will do if the drive space is sufficient. Hyperspin will run on many different machines from single core to Threadripper or i7, the better the CPU the smoother the experience up to a point. i5's are good with a Geforce 660 or higher and an SSD if possible.
