Hypersync login

I was able to login to Hypersync once last week.  Now it tells me that it cannot verify my Hyperspin membership.  I've checked the login and password, I  even changed the password.  Any ideas?  I was able to login once but not after that.  I deleted the HS Sync folder in appdata as well to force a new setup and still same issue.

Sorry, I'll add-in my hat to the "can't log in" crowd.  If you need any wireshark captures or anything like that to see what's going on, just let me know.

What do I do I just subscribed lifetime to both websites and they were already down to begin with smh... someone please help!

It's probably a switch they still haven't turned on since they started the server migration. I asked in their discord when HyperSync would be working again and got no response. I think they're having some serious issues as the website has been horribly buggy since they started this.

Both the ftp and Hypersync are down at the moment and I have no eta when they will be back up. As soon as we know we will let you know. 

Sending in a support ticket will not help or get it working any quicker.

Is there a app that can do a audit and fix hyperspin so that it can run 100 percent.

I know when you use hypersync it says that it can fix issues is there a app that can fix issues I can use ?

ANY NEWS ON HYPERSYNC ?

I SEE THAT IS SAYS ITS UP BUT STILL NOT SYNCING UP WHEN I LOG IN.

AND SECOND QUESTION IS THERE A COPY OF HYPERSPIN THAT IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL I NEED TO FIX SOME ERRORS AND THE MOST FEASABLE  WAY IS TO COPY AND PASTE IT THROUGH FTP.

ANY SUGGESTIONS.

I READ THAT HYPERSYNC CAN FIX SOME LAUNCHING ISSUES THAT I MIGHT HAVE WAS WONDERING IF I COULD TRY THAT.

It's been down for me for a couple weeks.  I put in a support ticket and Giga is looking into the issues as it doesn't seem to just be HyperSync but aspects of the site as well.  Just have to hang tight and let it get sorted.

It's been working fine for a number of  weeks now its just been done again these few days. I checked the ftp and that's OK. Devs have been informed.
