I click yes but I still get that message. You might try this. Go to HyperList and download a single system xml that is corrupt. Go to .../HyperSpin/Databases/{System Name} and rename the database that's in there. Put the new one you just downloaded in that same folder and see if HyperSync says it's corrupt.
