Everything else seems to work but it shows up as if I have them and I don't. So I am just trying to get a computer set back up after a crash long ago and recovering just media data etc from the old UG HS project as it seems like that has still a bit better artwork for some stuff than what gets sync'd through HyperSync. Byt with that being years out now it is pretty out of date from naming and missing some here and there so is there a way when I do a scan it will just find the missing artwork and not overwrite what I already have? Currently I either have to scan let it sync all the new stuff then paste my old stuff over then turn the sync off but I know there has to be a more graceful solution I am not seeing. I have just installed HyperSync and I managed to login and update ok, however that is as far as I can go, it keeps telling me that it could not locate Main Menu.xml, what am I doing wrong? Keep getting the error "Could not verify HyperSpin membership, check your credentials and try again". Obviously my credentials are fine, as I was able to login here to post. Looks like the last post indicating "it's down" was about 7 hours ago. Guess I'll put it on hold for tonight and hope it's up and running again tomorrow. You're probably not doing anything wrong. Apparently the server that HyperSync relies on has been down since Saturday. I'm in the same boat as you...upgraded to Platinum only to discover my hyperspin membership couldn't be validated. Based on what I've gleaned from reading other posts, the servers go down from time to time, and usually come back up within several days. Haven't seen any info or ETA as to when it might be back up this time around though, so I think all we can do is wait. By the way, aside from the FTP server actually being up, you do have to specifically request an FTP account in order to use FTP. Send a PM to BadBoyBill with the request. Details can be found in this section of the FAQ: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/faq.php?faq=ftp#faq_ftp2 UPDATE: Since I still can't access HyperSync this morning, I've been browsing the forums looking for any additional useful information. Looks like the FAQ is a bit outdated and FTP usernames are no longer created by BadBoyBill...it's all automated now. I stumbled onto this sticky post from Rain: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?30079-Ftp-access-must-read.
