FYI... that version hasn't been updated since 2014.  The more up to date version is on Paulscode.com which is 3.a.0.  Also I wouldn't recommend the FZ version on shieldtv as there is some serious audio lag using either audio driver.  Just try Mario64 and jump... there is a significant lag from when mario hits the ground to when you hear the sound.  Paulscode's latest in my opinion runs best but Glupen64 on retroarch is getting better everyday using the latest GlideN64 video drivers.

I went to his site, and all I saw listed is 2.4.4... Not sure where you saw 3.

The auto builds. It doesn't list the version on the site but once you install it the version is 3.a.0. This is also discussed in the forums.

But again who even cares about version numbers. Android play store tracks the date as well. The last time it was updated on the play store was 2014. These latest versions on Paul's code are from 2016.

I had that problem you need a different build.

in the android base pack in my signature there is a setup notes txt file that has the builds I used. Needs a mouse if  it doesn't recognise the shield mouse if your using shield. Mouse Just for setup though

Don't know but go on play store and get shortcut maker. Then create shortcut with the app and use those parameters.  Easy to use

its called quickshortcutmaker

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sika524.android.quickshortcut&hl=en_GB

You need to get the APK and sideload it onto the Shield

I get mine by using my Nexus tablet and an APK extractor. Then just copy the APK over to the shield and run it to install.

Its because it is not tagged as Android TV compatible so you cant find it on the Play STore from the Shield.

You can get Sideload Launcher on the Shield play store and that organises your side loaded apps to you can get to them from the home screen via sideload launcher.

This is an old copy of the quickshortcut maker if you dont have a way to get it from playstore

Hi guys,

Has anyone founded the parameters for the nostalgia.gg emulator?

exe=com.nostalgiaemulators.ggfull/com.nostalgiaemulators.gg.GGGalleryActivity
parameters=????
romextension=gg

When I select the rom, I'm redirected to the emulator main page.

Thanks

Salut, tu tiens absolument a utiliser cet émulateur ?

Moi j'utilise le core Genesis Plus gx sur retroarch pour lancer les jeux game gear en direct depuis hyperspin.

I had an issue with PPSSPP Gold recently. Not sure what changed but didnt play PSP for a monh or 2 and it stopped launching (invalid emulator)

The new exe line im using is

 exe=org.ppsspp.ppssppgold/org.ppsspp.ppsspp.PpssppActivity

NO parameters

The 2nd "gold" has been removed from the exe command in the OP

@ciscosurplus lets move the convo back here from the Shield Experience thread :) its better placed

I am running old 5.0 5566

There may have been a change to the launch command

I just downloaded and sideloaded the version above (5566) and get the same error

I also tried with .debug and .free and no dice.

the package name is "org.dolphinemu.dolphinemu" according to ES FE.

Will try again tomorrow.

Thanks to @ Honosuseri for sharing his settings.

The first post needs amending to include

exe=org.dolphinemu.dolphinemu/org.dolphinemu.ui.main.MainActivity (no ui on the first post)

most of the downloads don't include this either.

I also noticed the play store version does seem to have a .free in it, I haven't tested this version with a new exe yet and will try to tomorrow and report back

Let me know how the testing goes.

I can amend the OP unless @reznnate has any additional info to add.
