  4. So, I had a friend come over a while back and to my surprise, the system he could not wait to play was the original Game Boy. Turns out, he was a Game Boy fanatic! Anyway, he was asking me about filtering just Super Game Boy versions of games with enhanced content. I couldn't find anything on this, so I made up a list. Here's every original Game Boy game that is in some way enhanced when using Super Game Boy that I could find. Put it in your Genres list or make a Main Menu wheel for it! Enjoy! <script src="http://pastebin.com/embed_js.php?i=Q7rSprLw"></script> Ok, I can't figure out how to use pastebin 'cause I'm a dummy. Just follow this link: http://pastebin.com/embed_js.php?i=Q7rSprLw If someone helps me on this, I'll edit this post.
  5. Super Nintendo Entertainment System [Main Menu] Original Retail Box (ORB) Style View File Super Nintendo Entertainment System theme based on the original retail packaging of the console. Bringing the original box aesthetic back into Hyperspin really adds a layer of nostalgia to the experience. I use old commercials for the preview video but this works fine with gameplay vids too. Enjoy! Submitter scoodidabop Submitted 03/06/2017 Category Main Menu Themes HyperBase Version Media Dimensions File Count Credits
  6. Super Nintendo Entertainment System - Complete Default/System Pack - 16:9 View File This is the complete Super Nintendo Entertainment System default theme set. Includes: Default/System Theme, Box and Cart Art, Pointer, Wheels, letters, Theme Settings and Database, all media converted for 16:9 wide screen aspect ratio. Does not include: Videos, Roms. This pack contains Arcade, PSX or Xbox buttons to choose from. You`ll notice in the screen-shots that these system themes keeps the video frame instead of reloading it every time you scroll through the games, it also shows the console or manufacturer logo while it waits for the videos to be displayed. These themes don't use Special arts, deactivate them in HyperHQ or just move or delete the special folder which contains special.swf files. HyperHQ Settings, copy these settings, it will make the theme look correct with these themes: Here you can disable special artwork that won't be used in these themes: Paste Super Nintendo Entertainment System.ini to the "Settings" folder, located in the same directory where Hyperspin.exe resides. I only created themes, converted artwork to fit them and to be properly displayed in wide-screen displays, all credits for boxes, carts and other media goes to their respective authors. 20. Hi Guys, This video is of my Super Nintendo SNES PC build. The project took about 8 months to complete. Half of the time spent was on the software configuration and a bit of time on the pad modding with the Minimus 32 AVR USB boards to allow them to work as a keyboard encoders. The SNES built utilises all of the available buttons including eject which serves as a "p" button or pause in emulators. I also use it in KODI to cycle through subtitles. The back plates on the rear of the unit are made from grey traffolyte. The wireless SNES pad and Neo-Geo Pro stick both use a Bluefruit EZ-Key - 12 Input Bluetooth HID Keyboard Controller which have been reprogrammed to match my default player 1 setup. They both have been modded with a standard micro usb ports to allow the use of standard chargers. The SNESpad was fitted with a 500mA lipo which provides about 6 hours of play whilst the Neo-Geo Pro pad was fitted with a 3300mA lipo which provides approx 85 hrs. For all those interested here are the SNES PC specs at a glance: Intel NUC D54250WYK board ( http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/nuc/nuc-kit-d54250wyk-board-d54250wyb.html) Intel i5 4250u processor running at 2.4Ghtz. (Covered off in video) Windows 10 Pro with DirectX12 Hypersin frontend with Hyperlaunch Joy2key for Snes pad configs Here are the joystick / pad specs: 2 x Neo-Geo pads and 2 x Neo-Geo Pad 2's modded with a Minimus 32 AVR USB running Kade 1 x N64 pad using Raphnet Gamecube or N64 Controller to USB adapter Restored Snes pads with custom 3 metre extension cords using standard grey network cable Neo-Geo Pro stick and SNES pad with Bluefruit EZ-Key - 12 Input Bluetooth HID Keyboard 2 x Jap white Original GC controllers 2 x LS-30 custom rotary joysticks covered off as a separate project in the below video below SNES console and pad restoration: For the plastic restoration and yellowing removal I used Napisan / Vanish or Growth Technology Oxy Plus 50% hydrogen peroxide solution. Both worked equally well however the Oxi yielded faster results. I do not recommend the RetroBright method or equivalent as the paste smearing can result in a blotchy or inconsistent result. Submerging the plastic wholly gives a uniform finish. Please read all safety / handling instructions prior to using any product containing hydrogen peroxide as it is corrosive and appropriate care needs to be taken as advised by product manufacturer. This video is for informative purposes only. I have also attached the SpecialArt made by Potts43 for the SNES PC build and the custom Zelda Hyperspin intro vid made by epayson85, thank you both for your contribution to the build and assistance. Please enjoy the video and I hope that it will inspire some of you to undertake a similar project and bring back some of these iconic 16bit consoles with a new life. Thank You for watching. intro.rar SpecialArt.zip

Super Nintendo Artwork Pack for use with RocketLauncher. Unzip to your RocketLauncher Media Folder. About RocketLauncher RocketLauncher is not just a launch solution. RocketLauncher is an abstraction layer that ultimately sets the standard in emulators and standardizes key mapping commands. HyperPause is the dream of any emulator menu. The modules break the barriers of compatibility. Rom Mapping solved the lives of collectors. RocketLauncher is definitely the last word in matters of emulators. The choice of Front End has become a matter of mere affinity for design. And besides, you are not forced to follow a single solution, like MESS, you keep using your favorite emulator. About the Super Nintendo The Super Nintendo Entertainment System (also known as the Super NES, SNES or Super Nintendo) is a 16-bit home video game console developed by Nintendo that was released in 1990 in Japan, 1991 in North America, 1992 in Europe and Australasia (Oceania), and 1993 in South America. In Japan, the system is called the Super Famicom, officially adopting the abbreviated name of its predecessor, the Family Computer), or SFC for short. In South Korea, it is known as the Super Comboy and was distributed by Hyundai Electronics. Although each version is essentially the same, several forms of regional lockout prevent the different versions from being compatible with one another. The SNES is Nintendo's second home console, following the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). The console introduced advanced graphics and sound capabilities compared with other consoles at the time. Additionally, development of a variety of enhancement chips (which were integrated on game circuit boards) helped to keep it competitive in the marketplace. The SNES was a global success, becoming the best-selling console of the 16-bit era despite its relatively late start and the fierce competition it faced in North America and Europe from Sega's Genesis/Mega Drive console. The SNES remained popular well into the 32-bit era, and continues to be popular among fans, collectors, retro gamers, and emulation enthusiasts, some of whom are still making homebrew ROM images. 22.
