Hello spinners & pinners, My name is Josh White and I've been making some custom Pinball cab designs for members. I started with Dazz's Twilight Tribute HyperPin 2125 at the Texas Pinball Convention in March this year. Since then I've done a few more designs and wanted to offer my services. I'm a broadcast senior graphic designer with 18 years’ experience in design for tv, print & web. I've got my BFA in Art at the University of Rhode Island and started working for NBC out of college. We moved around the country a few times and now our family lives in Texas. I love making design work for people. This venture is a true calling back to my roots as an artist learning about Art History and making creative design work. TV pays the bills but this is more fun! I’ve been offering a 20% discount for gold members. I charge $25 an hour and send samples throughout the build. We start with the basic concept then get going on the elements needed for the cab. I can design standup arcade machines as well. Marquees, instruction decals, control panels, the whole deal. I'm quick with all the programs designers use today. I run both Mac & PC at home. 2D, 3D - all the Adobe stuff. I have tons of experince in digital design which saves you time and money. I'm working with Bowman Signs in Connecticut, all my designs have been printed by Bradley and we are working on creating some generic design cabs that can easily be customized and made to spec. His shop is second to none and I enjoy seeing his prints on member’s cabs, they look outstanding! Please check out my work and let me know if you'd like to hire me for your next project. You are the backbone of this entire community, and in a very real sense - HyperSpin itself. I had no idea how much work this project was going to be when I started it. I thought I'd have it done in a week, and I underestimated it greatly. There were many unforeseeable obstacles that slowed down progress and turned a one week project into a 2 month project. I have newfound respect for HyperSpin contributors that I didn't before. This set, while not perfect, is as close as I will ever come to putting out A+++ artwork. It is certainly better than I had imagined it would be when I first started it - and I am proud to present on behalf of my co-contributors the [OFFICIAL] HyperSpin Sega Dreamcast 3D Jewel Case Art HD set. Here is another fun pack for everyone. Since there was a bunch of vanilla box packs on the site, I decided to tackle the dvd boxes instead to mix things up a bit. This pack contains 63 box arts ranging from regular, custom and japanese covers. If there's a huge demand for it, I might start a topic for requests to keep the project going. Otherwise I hope you guys enjoy. -

This is a small project I set out to do for my own personal library that I wanted to share with the community (hence the size). This came about from my frustration of not being able to find a lot of coverage for some of my favorite famicom games since understandably its nearly impossible to find decent images to work with. It contains a collection of japanese famicoms boxes as well as some custom western boxes, so I split them into two parts. The JAPAN BOX PACK contains 21 original and custom boxes. The USA BOX PACK contains 24 original and custom boxes. These box packs should be used for anyone who wishes to cover some of their famicom games or the Japanese translated versions of the Western games (e.g. Gun-Dec vs Vice: Project Doom) and wanted a separate box for each version. This is by no means meant to be a completely ACCURATE box pack, but a fun pack of sorts. Special thanks to Kondorito for going above and beyond helping me with this project. This site honestly has the best user support I've experienced. Feel free to comment or message me if you have any questions and whatnot, I might start a topic for this if I plan on taking this project further. Hope you guys enjoy. -

Building my own theme... I figured maybe someone else would find value in some free Python scripts Maybe I'll share the theme when I'm done. Tired of batching with photoshop? This script will shrink any number of images within a file to constrain the width and/or height to beneath a specific size (default is under 200px wide and/or 100px tall. Then, it will attach it to a background image, which can be anything you want. The default tile included is is Chicuelo's theme. Super easy and FAST!-
