Ok, so this is a complete box art set for Nintendo Game Boy Color. The tricky part is its not based on the official XML, or even the developmental XML, its a custom database based on the GBC wheel art set that was completed a while ago. Here is that Nintendo Game Boy Color.xml. I dont know who to credit, or even where I found it, but it is the most complete GBC xml I could find. Collecting media for this system was a challenge. The original game boy has better source material available than GBC for some reason. The quality of most of the boxes are OK. Most of the spines are guess work and custom, but they are more then suitable to be used in any of the frontends. Photoshop templates are available in the package for those who would like to update existing boxes or to create your own.- 1 review

When Kondorito and I started on this set, we had decent source material to work with - but the boxes were aged, rough, and somewhat worn. We proceeded to crop fronts, sides, and bottoms (in case we wanted to go a different direction), and we began to realize... these worn boxes didn't look *that* bad. In fact, they looked like they could realistically be a part of someone's actual collection (because they were, in fact). Personally, when I determine a box's overall condition when shopping on ebay, I have an idea in my mind of what is acceptable condition. If the box is a solid B, I'll buy it. The same principle applies here - if the box was a B or better, we didn't bother airbrushing them. To us, there is a certain charm to an age worn box. Not to mention, we also concurred that spending hours making the blacks pitch black, whites whiter-than-white, the colors too vibrant, airbrushing all dust specks, etc. was not the direction we wanted to go. Of course the argument could be made that we just didn't want to put forth 10x more effort into making them look perfect. And there's some truth to that, at least for me. But it was a solid 120 hours of work on my end (at least), plus however long it took Kondorito on his end of things. I'm glad it's done, I'm satisfied with the less than perfect result, and I have no plans to improve on it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This set isn't for everyone. If you want a perfect looking set, look elsewhere. However, if you like the 'realistic' look, I think you'll be quite happy with this set. Many of the boxes look like actual photos - the cardboard looks realistic, and the wear and the dust adds to that effect. Enjoy. -

Here is another fun pack for everyone. Since there was a bunch of vanilla box packs on the site, I decided to tackle the dvd boxes instead to mix things up a bit. This pack contains 63 box arts ranging from regular, custom and japanese covers. If there's a huge demand for it, I might start a topic for requests to keep the project going. Otherwise I hope you guys enjoy. -

This is a small project I set out to do for my own personal library that I wanted to share with the community (hence the size). This came about from my frustration of not being able to find a lot of coverage for some of my favorite famicom games since understandably its nearly impossible to find decent images to work with. It contains a collection of japanese famicoms boxes as well as some custom western boxes, so I split them into two parts. The JAPAN BOX PACK contains 21 original and custom boxes. The USA BOX PACK contains 24 original and custom boxes. These box packs should be used for anyone who wishes to cover some of their famicom games or the Japanese translated versions of the Western games (e.g. Gun-Dec vs Vice: Project Doom) and wanted a separate box for each version. This is by no means meant to be a completely ACCURATE box pack, but a fun pack of sorts. Special thanks to Kondorito for going above and beyond helping me with this project. This site honestly has the best user support I've experienced. Feel free to comment or message me if you have any questions and whatnot, I might start a topic for this if I plan on taking this project further. Hope you guys enjoy. -

I wanted to make this set since a long time (not only because I loved how we ended up doing the SNES real 3d box pack with SupraKarma, but because currently there is no standing 3d box pack with real spines for the Nintendo 64). This set contains all the USA releases, plus the Europe region locked ones. The majority of the scans and spines were grabbed from Nintandbox.net (awesome site for printing real Nintendo game boxes), the rest were grabbed from ebay sales and other Google sites. When no proper images were found for spines, I had to make them from scratch. Because of the type of sources, the size of the boxes ended up enormous Huge thanks to @SupraKarma, @adamg and @wallmachine for the Nintandbox source scrapping; it was a tedious job, so I really appreciate your help on that. To everybody downloading this pack; bear in mind it is a "real" set; this means that the front and side covers are not pristine, pure B&W with perfect coloring. This set was made with real box scans; some are in better conditions than others. The idea of this is to have a set that could somehow tell a story, that you could relate to, and feel the boxes coming to life. I know it is not for everybody, but since I made it for me, I wanted to share it Enjoy!- 5 comments

Hey guys! For this set I reviewed all the current content in HS plus some other sites, as I wanted to be as faithful as possible to the original NES boxes, specially with the spines. The main stuff I am utilizing is from @slagram69 and from @Wally Wonka (Thank you guys for your amazing work!). I applied a custom 3d box template for this pack (similar to the Famicom one I did) for the Wally Wonka 2D covers set (and I removed the NES spine logos they all had), and another different template for slagram69's boxes, as those were already 3d, but I modified them to my own taste. In this pack you will find all the games that I have in my set, so expect licensed, unlicensed and protos. Cheers!- 9 comments

Huge thanks to @Dubbloseven and @jcm9800 for the original FDS pack they created, as I based this one from theirs. Specifics of this pack: There are a lot of games that were originally released without any artwork (just a disk sticker and transparent box, or even without any box). For those, I took the creative liberty of making the covers, and 6 of those were created by the user lobdale. I made two types of boxes according to their original art; regular (can see the disk from outside) and full size (covers the entire box). I have also made the boxes depending on the color of the disks (disks that were originally yellow, green, white or blue; if the case shows the disk, it will show the correct color). Comments, likes and constructive suggestions are always welcome! If you have a game that is not present in the set, let me know Enjoy the pack Kondorito- 13 comments

Hey guys! This is the complete (I think) set of NEC PC Engine cases in 3D. Thank you @SupraKarma for your awesome japan jewel cases templates (black and white). I did some minor modifications over them, but the template base is all you my friend! The 2D covers are originally from Tatsuya (from the Libretro forums), but I corrected some stuff in them and changed some color properties. The set consists in black and white jewel cases (as the PC Engine games did not come in boxes like Turbografx-16). The PC Engine games were produced in black jewel cases until the end of '91, and then started releasing in white cases. I reviewed the release date of each of the +300 games so the cases are accurate to it. I must say that I was not able to find proper spine scans for each game, and I did not want to search for them one by one, so what I did is a similar process like I did for the Famicom 3D box set; I created a default spine, and the color of it is customized per game. Enjoy!- 6 comments

Set of 448 Atari 2600 2D boxes with reflections added and reformatted to be aspect-correct in 16:9 widescreen setups. The boxes themselves are sourced from other 2D box sets. This set matches HyperList as of December 2017, but does not include images for games marked as prototypes, unlicensed, or non-English games.-

Credit goes to sercaljr for his set, I added about 79. My motivation for updating his work is, I wanted more 'authentic' looking artwork than the other complete set I found on the ftp, e.g. actual jewel cases instead of generic boxes. However, this set is far from perfect. I didn't bother putting names on the sides of the Japanese games, because the jewel case templates I used are not authentic to begin with. No sense putting lots of work into making something inauthentic pretty. I did manage to find a good template for Euro games, but I only used them for 3 of the games that were missing. I didn't bother fact checking any of the existing games. So, I consider this an improvement if you want a complete set, with more authentic looking art. But I'm hoping someone else will step up and fix the Japanese and remaining Euro games (if any) for region, and we can have a truly authentic set. I spent a day on this, and I'm moving on to my main project. If you're a fan of my other work, yes, Ultimate Sega Dreamcast is coming soon, so you can download this now or get this, and all the other goodies when I release that project.-
