Hyperspin not installed HQ 2.0.199

I do a new install of HyperHQ which it say's it will install what is needed. I use d:\Arcade\Hyperspin\HyperHQ for installation path. I set up Teknoparrot as system, however like someone else mentioned, you get mostly through the walk thru setup, and it loses everything but fine when you manually add the system. I set up everything for Teknoparrot and test it from within HyperHQ and all good, it logs game being played. I try hitting HS in bottome left, and nothing happens, color changes and that is it.
I tried finding the executable, and it was in a zipped file in plugins, I basically extracted it to my d:\arcade\hyperspin folder and than Hyperspin will launch from the .exe, however still not thru HyperHQ? Also something else I noticed, when launching game from Hyperspin, it does not show it as being played in HyperHQ.
I uninstalled, and re-installed 3 times and same thing. I may try uninstalling and go with default install locations and see what happens.
