HyperHQ is stuck at loading splash screen

Opening HyperHQ is stuck on a splash screen. This is after it was stuck on processing Nintendo S for over an hour had to force close.

I have already tried deleted %appdata% roaming\local but this still goes to this screen and site indefinitely.
