640x480 CRT monitor

First of all, thank you for your outstanding work.
I use Hyperspin on a real NAMCO arcade cabinet with a 29" CRT monitor connected via VGA to a PC. 640x480 is the max resolution of that monitor.
Everything is almost perfect, except for some graphical issues related to the text. I’m attaching few examples.

The letter selection menu is off-center relative to the frame. Additionally, sometimes some letters are repeated in lowercase (is this correct?).

Another issue encountered is that the exit menu is not visible.
