KoganEnterprises Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 I have looked throughout the forum for the answer to my question. If I did miss it, I apologize for posting something that is already out there. Anyway, I was having issues with different emulators when I was exiting them. The HyperSpin screen would shift when I exited certain emulators. I came to realize it was because I had neglected to set the emulators to the same resolution as HyperSpin and the screen. I am having trouble setting up Fusion using the fusion.ini file. I tried turing on the Fullscreen setting, changing the Aspect settings, I also tried the Expert Options settings. I am trying to make the emulator output in 1080p, like my screen, 1920x1080. I have had success changing some of the settings to that height and width. The computer screen tells me that I am in the right output, but the actual game is blown up greatly and doesn't fit on the screen. It is even off centered and to the side. I guess I am asking, does anyone know how to set up Fusion with the resolution I need, but without the game screen acting funny? I tried using the Expert Options section, but the screen never comes out correctly. The other emulators I had to change to fix my problem were easy to fix but I cannot seem to figure out the Fusion settings. Any suggestions would be very helpful. If you need more clarification I will be happy to provide it.
KoganEnterprises Posted August 17, 2015 Author Posted August 17, 2015 Sorry that I just saw this, I was never notified that someone replied here. Yes, the machine has integrated graphics. Is this why the display screen shifts when I try to set it at 1080p?
dmoseder Posted August 19, 2015 Posted August 19, 2015 Yes it is. I had to update my driver(released in june 2015) and there is an option to allow the application to override. Honestly though, it still didn't feel right, do yourself a favor and get retroarch, Genesis plus gx, or picodrive. Best thing i ever did, Kega Fusion still didn't feel right even with intel's fix.
KoganEnterprises Posted August 24, 2015 Author Posted August 24, 2015 You are saying the updated driver allows for an application override correct? So once I update I can tell the driver to let Fusion change to 1080p?
