I built a cab for my tankstick which was supposed to be a bartop (except its way to big for the bar). I used an old PC, monitor and speakers I had lying around and the materials where probably right around $50-75. The only tools I used were a drill, saber saw, miter saw and hole saw. But I understand the desire to have a ready to go product too.......
