What are differences between 'Konami e-AMUSEMENT' and 'Arcade PC'

'Konami e-AMUSEMENT' and 'Arcade PC' both have the same entries it their databases.  The only difference is that 'Arcade PC' includes:

 

Paradise Lost
Contra - Evolution Revolution
Deathsmiles II - Makai no Merry Christmas
Nicktoons Racing

 

Should one of the databases be removed from Hyperbase?
