Retroarch Issue

I have retroarch running several systems on my setup and ran into a problem with 2 emulators, the gameboy and Sega Master System,

The issue is when I go into the settings menu and change the settings for video and input and go to save new configuration it will not let me I push the X button and it will not save the new configuration, I am able to go through the menu's with the X/Z buttons. And a note that all my other systems work fine able to save my configurations there but not with these two systems not sure if anyone has seen this problem or knows something that I may have overlooked.
