Problem downloading Hyperspin 1.3.3 full install?

Hello, I'm new here, I need help downloading Hyperspin 1.3.3, every time it trys to download, it brings me to a page that says "err_connection_reset"

Can anyone help?
(I'm using google chrome)

EDIT: I tried using IE, but it gives me a "This page can’t be displayed" error

Try disabling your firewall and your anti virus....if that don't work then also try going through a public domain like google public domain.

My firewall was already disabled, my anitvirus service wasn't started, and what do you mean go through a public domain?

Just search for Google Public Domain,then go to the website and follow the instructions...I don't recommend doing this if your are not computer savy and if you have to ask what it is I'm assuming you may not be. This is what you would do if your service provider has blocked a certin website that you still want to access it. But sometimes it just works for downloads that you can't seem to download...but I'd suggest deleting your cookies and browsing history then make an exception for Google Chrome in Windows Defender first
