MAME is showing the same one game even though i have a lot

Im new to this community and so fare everything awesome. I need a little newbie help. Im getting something weird when i try MAME. Im using Simply Austin Tutorials and they are awesome btw. But when im done with MAME this is what happens on the game select screen. What am i doing wrong and how to correct it

I unchecked the wheel only option and that worked in HyperHQ but whats did i do wrong? and how do i fix it?

I'm not sure what you mean. If you're asking why all the other game names are just text and not logos and there's no video it's because you need to download them separately.
