Duval Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 When I download hyperspin133 there is no global ini file in the settings folder. So when I go into rocket launcher I have no list of emulators. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get this file or why It doesn't show up in I download hyperspin.
