handsome1987 Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 Hey When i launched a N64 game with my emulator project64 1.6 on hyperspin then i Always see the rom loading screen of project64. Is there a solution tho hide that screen?
rastan Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 I haven't played with it enough to figure out if there's a way to stop it from showing up.. other than that as long as the emulators work and launch the roms properly I try not to even care about the little things anymore... I figure if I want perfection I should use the original hardware. I'm gonna give Retroarch a shot... for a while I hated Retroarch but ever since I got it to work with Sega Saturn... I've been playing with it. Project64 seems ok enough tho.
rastan Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 ok I just played Project64... what you want to do is inside of Rocket Launcher go into settings for n64 and hide the Emulator. worked for me... before I saw a box come up with the emulator loading the rom now it's just a black screen and loads the rom. I also tested out RetroArch.. works good just didn't feel like configuring the controls... my one beef with retroArch then having to save the settings and deleting the original setting and renaming the -1 file. RetroArch does have kick ass shaders....
