Music playing when no selection

Hello everyone, I was wondering if there was any such thing as a Hyperspin background music player. I'm looking for something that will play some custom music (appropriately fitting of course) when the program is not currently viewing a video (or there is no video present.)

 

I already have a wheel setup that cannot be selected and has no video playing, and is the "default" wheel. So is there anything I could use that does what I described? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
