GiantDwarf01
Hey, I'm trying to get my two UltraStik 360s connected through USB working with HyperSpin 1.4, to no avail. I've tried re-id'ing the sticks, making sure they're set-up correctly with windows, and even remapping xpadder, but nothing works. Everything works perfectly in emulators, and I know the xpadder remapping works outside of HyperSpin, but it seems like HyperSpin completely shuts down the joystick inputs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
GiantDwarf01
Rocketlauncher switching the profile? I don't have any profiles enabled, so it shouldn't be, unless there's an option I'm overlooking.
Guest
I don't have any profiles enabled, so it shouldn't be, unless there's an option I'm overlooking. You said you were using xpadder. Do you have a HyperSpin xpadder profile? And is it set in RLUI to switch when moving back from a game. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mostly because I have multiple controllers and the rocket launch xpadder set up is a bit confusing in terms of multiple set ups. Do you need to have xpadder run through rocket launch for it to work at all?

Do you need to have xpadder run through rocket launch for it to work at all? You need to tell RocketLauncher to switch back to the xpadder profile when exiting a game. It sounds like you're using the xpadder feature to switch profile when app is loaded. You will have a better experience when doing this through RL Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have the xpadder profile and controllers set up as it should be (assuming I'm doing it correctly) , but still nothing.

Also, a troubleshooting log helps to solve these problems. Set logging to Troubleshooting in RLUI. Then launch and exit a game from HyperSpin. And post the log along with your issue Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nocturnaloner
For anyone looking navigate Hyperspin wheels with your U360, just use the free version of JoyToKey: http://joytokey.net/en/download, and map your joystick movements to the arrow keys. That's it. It works for Ultrastik 360s, gamepads, and analog joysticks.
mcfasa09
[solved] JoyToKey did not work for my UltraStik360. What did work was an AutoHotkey script called "HyperSpin Startup Script." http://www.hyperspin...startup-script/ After you download the file go into the file location, click on HyperSpin Startup Script.ini and type your path to your hyperspin.exe folder (you only want the folder path, you DON'T include hyperspin.exe at the end of the path). Then a few lines below your path in the ini file it says, "Joysticks_Enabled=False". Erase False and type True. Save the file, close it, and open HyperHQ. In HyperHQ go to the main settings tab, click the folder icon under "Startup Program", and find the HyperSpin Startup Script.exe file. Now you can run HyperSpin and enjoy using your UltraStik 360!
