Need assistance setting up my new SSD drive for Hyperspin arcade

I'm about ready to make the switch from a regular hard drive to an SSD for my Hyperspin system/Windows 7.

I'm told that I have to setup the bios for the SSD as well as properly migrate/clone from the older hard drive.

Can someone please talk me through the necessary steps so that I can do this correctly?

I also have the 3.5" Hard Drive that i will swap out with the new SSD. The cables however will need to be updated as well.

What cable adapters will I need to  make this change?  Please see attached images.

Make sure bios is set to AHCI for SATA.

And, really you're gonna want to reinstall Windows fresh - don't do a clone, especially since you're switching drive types.

Just backup your HS, RL, rom folders etc. Reinstall Windows and then copy the folders back. Then take a clone and go from there.
