Copying files with xml

Hey Everyone,

 

I am not sure if this is the place to ask this but I have just setup my hyperspin for the first time.

 

I have all of the mame roms zip and chd files.  I have also taken the standard XML file and edited it down to the games that I want to show up and synchronize.

 

What i am wondering is, is there a program that will compare my XML file to what I have in a specific folder containing all of the zip and CHD files and only move over the files that are present in the XML file to a new folder.

 

That way i can consolidate the amount of space I am using and clean the fodler up from 30000 files down to about 600 files.
