Blue Sceen after Intro Video

I got Hyperspin working great on my Windwos 7 64bit machine. The problem is... I couldn't get the Arcade VGA card to work properly with the interlacing issues (640x288 work around). I ended up reverting back to XP. I now have the Arcade VGA working correctly and MAME 170 working with ddraw, but when I fire up hyperspin I get a blue screen of death (possible .dll error) after the intro movie. It almost looks like it gives me the next screen. I see the MAME wheel and right as the screen transistions in to play the Street Fighter video it freezes and gives me the blue screen of death.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!
