First doubts to face the project Bartop

Hi, I 'm building my bartop . I have been a user of MAME for PC and I 'm a little confused with the Hpyperspin . My questions are:

1º If MAME emulates different Platforms and Hiperspin emlula more or higher quality?
2º Hyperspin need different emulators are installed one by one by searado , is this an advantage that better simulation graphics and sound?
3º Where I can download the emulators and roms ?
