Mame stuck on Now loading

I recently downloaded the hyperspin setup from gigapig and have been configuring it to my system.  I haven't been able to get MAME to work and keep getting the same error (AHK_class MAME) .I can play games outside of Hyperspin and RocketLauncher, but I get stuck on a fade loading screen when trying to start a game.  I then get this error . Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?  Not sure what info you need from me to help diagnose.  Just tell me and I'll upload it.
