It works in Retroarch but not in Hyperpsin Turbografx-CD

Turbografx-CD works perfect in retroarch, when i boot it in RL or HS i get this.

ScriptError - RetroArch requires "syscard3.pce" for NEC TurboGrafx-CD but could not find it in your system_directory: "default"

Thats weird because in Retroarch i don't get this error. I can play the games.

Do i just do something wrong?
