ublasfu Posted March 6, 2016 Author Posted March 6, 2016 Ahk dll errors are due to corrupt/outdated RL files, permissions issues, or system settings interfering with RL (antivirus, UAC, etc). Make sure all your files are up to date, you're running RL as admin, Windows UAC is off, and any antivirus/Win defender have exceptions for HS and RL. If the error still occurs, post on the RL forums because this is an RL issue. thank you
ublasfu Posted March 6, 2016 Author Posted March 6, 2016 thank you i did what it said on rocketlauncer and now im getting the make sure your using the right emulator with module error
ublasfu Posted March 6, 2016 Author Posted March 6, 2016 the What version of mednafen are you using? the cfg says 0.9.33.1
ublasfu Posted March 6, 2016 Author Posted March 6, 2016 Download 0.9.38.7 from the mednafen site and try that. I'm using that version on mine and don't have any issu i just did that and its giving me the same error, i checked the module and it says emulator version 0.931 . does that make a difference? btw thank you. im really lost when it comes to this and i had everything working perfectly before rocketlauncer
ublasfu Posted March 6, 2016 Author Posted March 6, 2016 No problem. The emu version in the module is the one that the module was based upon. If nothing drastic changes in newer emu versions (like window class, config file locations/names, etc.) you can use a newer version emu with the module. I haven't noticed any problems using the .9.38.7 using the mednafen module even though it was based on the .9.31 emu. Does the emulator launch the game and throw the error ~30 seconds in or does it not launch and throw the error immediately? 30 seconds in
