hi I'm getting a message when trying to play cruis'n USA i get this a-19672u114.bin not found and c31boot.bin not found is it related with a bios? or can anyone help me with these files thank you.

Your using the wrong emulator with your wrong version of roms. Like mame 150 with mame 146 roms or something. Also don't ask for rom files on the forum
