Bezel problems in retroarch

Hi friends! 

 

I'm having trouble with my bezels. They work for some games, but not all, maybe 50% of them or even less. Do you guys know why? 

 

Im using HS 1.4 with RL and retroarch as emulator. Only playing genesis, nes and snes at the moment. 

 

Also wondering if anybody knows where in retroarch i can set resolution to a fixed value? I've tried setting a custom ratio in RetroArch options but as soon as i quit the emulator and choose a different game the original ratio is back and the picture in the top left corner. Any ideas regarding this aswell?

Hello

I'm pretty new to this so bear with me a little ..There is a gentleman on you tube I've been following named Simply Austin ,he has a video on how to set up RetroArch and in that video and the following one (how to set up Sega Genesis ) He tells how to save your configuration so it stays the same for every game load. As for the game being in the top left corner..that is what I'm here for tonight ..searching for that answer lol. I saw your post and looked to see if there was an answer.I hope maybe you got your problem fixed or this will help seeing that this is an older post ..good luck

P.S. he uses Bezels but I don't want to being my set up will be for an arcade cabinet ,But his screen moves to the center when the bezel loads.
