MAME 0.171 black screen with HLSL

Every time I enable the HLSL on in hyper-launch i get a black screen, 

 

cannot find a way to resolve it,

 

is either the mame version issue or my motherboard-GPU problem?

I'd really consider upgrading HyperLaunch to RocketLauncher as it has way better support for later versions of MAME, and other emulators.

I am using Rocket-launcher already. Just confused with the names

hmmm,

 

just checked now
and for some reason I cannot even load a game through MAME,

I have the roms into the proper path but cannot load any game, I got an error all the time,
I can load games only through Hyperspin and/or RocketLauncher,

Need to say also that I don't have any CHD file, I have only roms

Does this make sense?

OK guys, I managed to enable HLSL through MAME and through RocketLauncher,

It works but crashes mame or RocketLauncher so I cannot play with HLSL activated, the game runs extremely slow.

Any idea on this? Do you believe is the integrated intel GPU that causes this issue?

following my previous email

Steps I did until now,

1) updated mame version , I am using 0.172 mame version now,

still can play games with HLSL enabled but games are extremely slow,
I found an old arcadevga 3000 I had bought back in 2010. I used this GPU and games through MAME or RocketLauncher look totally better but are still slow

Any new idea on this?
HP motherboard, intel core2duo E8400 ,
that is my machine, should I look for a better GPU? Any suggestion guys?

Although there is no GLSL file in 0.172 version will try to find to find a way with GLSL for now
