Mame launch game problem

Hey fellow gamers,

 

I had all my emulators running games nicely, I set Mame up first and now after setting a few other emulators up, Mame now comes up with new select menu (see picture) after i select game and wont load games.

 

More than likely something i did or pressed somewhere, any help to fix this please I will would be very grateful.
