Several CD same game - Folder organisation?

Hi guys! First of all thanks a lot to everyone for your job, this forum is a gold mine in order to find information.

I would like to know how to do in order to let my software launch himself next cd when needed, like in Final Fantasy 7 or Shenmue.
In fact, i found topic on this forum about the option multigame in hyper launch hq, but what i mean is; do i have to get a specific organisation in my folder? Like Shenmue.iso, then shenmue(2).iso for cd 2?
