KOFXIII Taito Type X Hyperspin launch issue

this is the only game where I have this issue. I am launching the game through hyperspin using PC launcher. However, whenever it loads up, the hyperspin menu screens take precedence, while KOF loads in the background. I have to manually hit alt tab to switch over to the launched game. Is there anything I can edit in order to have it run correctly and normally?
