Main Menu Wheel Question

Hey guys

 

Is there a way to get the hyperspin wheel to not autospin? (Meaning is it possible to disable the timed spinning of the wheel if a game isn't selected after a number of seconds.)

Thanks for well. I am guessing this is a global setting and cannot be applied to individuals wheels?
