HyperLaunch Not Stopping After I End the game.

Hello Im just getting back into using Hyperspin and i used the tutorial on setting it up and everyone works perfectly but the only problem i have is that when i end the game i cant start another game because HyperLaunch is still going in the background. When i end it I can Start another game but i dont want to have to do that in my arcade cabinet as its very annoying. Ive been searching the web and everywhere and nothing seems to work on trying to fix this problem. I was thinking maybe its windows 10?
