scorpio17
Hey folks, as topic says i am seeking to build a system to be able to play some of my fav classic games (NES, SNES, SEGA, AMIGA, ATARI, ....Playstation, N64, etc...etc...all).... idea is a four player cabinet (with a steering wheel control option as i have one packed up for a while which i may incorporate)... i have been looking around on the forums and saw some awesome projects you guys are doing... right now i am scouting around for the best way to achieve this using the most durable hardware and software i can get my hands on... josefino
Hello, it's kind difficult since everyone here uses different setups. But for my experience, use a reliable computer such Dell, since it has components that are made to last, look for i5 processor, minimal. Second use a good video card that's has 1 gb of ram or more, Preferably ATI. Try to get 8 GB of Ram and 4 GB hard drive to store Roms. For controller use iPac, good price and it works out of the box with minimal configuration. For buttons and joysticks, there are too many options to choose, just depends on your budget. For software you need Windows 7 64 bit. The rest is cosmetic, good luck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
