Hyper HQ Nintendo Power CDisplay Setup Help!

Hey guys, i have been trying to setup the nintendo power wheel so that i can view nintendo power magazines in hyperspin. I thought i set everything up correctly, but when i try to load the wheel i get an error saying cannot find nintendopower.xml file. I am completely at a loss of where to put this file. Any help would be great. Attached is some photos of my configuration of the wheel and the error i am getting.

Your the man, for some odd reason the .xml file was under rocket launcher. I moved it to Hypersping databases and it now works.
