I am getting an error saying "user verification - could not verify membership. Check your credentials and try again". I've checked and rechecked them and even typed them out and pasted them in. I upgraded to platinum a few days ago. I clearly have an account and as can be seen in the background of the screenshot, I am platinum. Any ideas? Oddly, my password worked fine on the site but I was getting the error above for HyperSync. I changed my pw on the site and used the new pw on HyperSync and boom. I had tried the old pw multiple times, had my wife type it in, cut and pasted, nada. Changing the PW fixed it though. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
