Taito Type X acting funny

Anyone have any idea whats going on. 

 

When I exit a taito type x game it will exit out and either get stuck back on the game wheel that was just played until I switch to desktop and switch back to hyperspin then everything resumes like it should.... or when I exit a taito type x game it will go back to my desktop and won't return to HS.

 

I had type x running perfect so I'm not sure what's going on...

ok, first thanks to gigapig because I downloaded the Taito Type X files that he provided in his youtube video. The post exit return to focus solved my main problem as most of my taito type x games are exiting and returning to hyperspin as they should... however I noticed that gigawing or something else returned to hyperpspin but was stuck until I did a shift + tab and then it became unfrozen.
