Help with Loader Taito Type X, not work in Hs!!

Help, I can not configure the boot loader to the X Games taito type of HS, I followed the GigaGuides guide on youtube and "seems" to have followed to the letter all the steps, only the games from the loader start and Hs not depart , tells me: You ave no setup raiden 3 in HLQL....and return at the menu....

 

I did not understand how to set the PcLoader the .ini files, and what are the FadeTitle ?? Can anyone give me an explanation where maybe I'm wrong ??
