Setup Mame controls buttons (change) in hyperspin

hi.

 

i have finally setup my hyperspin cabinet

But i have problems with the control Mame setting on hyperspin. i go to a game on Mame i press TAB , i make my choices on coin insert and player 1 start with another , i try and work fine.

But after i quit and start the hyperspin  and go to mame and play the same game , the controls changes i make doesnt work ,

What i do PLZ help
