New to hyperspin

Hey everyone, first post here 

 

I have recently started with hyperspin in the past I have a arcade machine with mame on it but thought hyperspin looks cleaner,

 

At the moment just one question I have downloaded the latest hyperspin 1.3 and the updated 1.4 now when I am watching a how to video it shows when he unzips the update he has hyperspin Exe and a scripts folder but when I do it , I have no scripts folder can anyone tell me why I have no scripts folder to overwrite the previous hyperspin 1.3 with
