Having sporadic issues with HyperSpin

Hey Guys,

I've googled this to death and my problem has slowly been getting better but it is not completely fixed and I'm finally throwing up the white flag and coming here.  Right now I have 3 emulators set up with RocketLauncher and Hyperspin.

1. Nestopia

2. MAME

3. SNES9X

Nestopia is the only one giving me problems.

It launches from RocketLauncher just fine.  All the ROMS launch from RL just fine and never skip a beat.  In HyperSpin it wasn't working at all for a while, now I have it working sometimes and sometimes not.  I've looked at the log and the log makes it seem as if the launcher and rom are popping up everytime but in reality they are not.  I'm pasting the last bit of the log from HyperSpin and I'll tell you what I'm seeing.   I was able to start Mike Tysons Punchout fine, Ms. PacMan fine, then I tried legend of zelda and nothing happens... well at least that was perceivable.  However when I look a the log it says it opened it and it ran just fine.  Now if I go and open up nestopia it will fire up legend of zelda immediately as if it has been running this whole time.  I have noticed that it's not specific games either, the same game could work one time and next time not.  Before the problem was worse where it wouldn't work at all and I would get the error about it couldn't find the module/ahk file or it was outdated.  I have the most up to date emulator and module, I changed in RocketLauncher under settings for the NES to 7z as true instead of global (global was false) because my roms are compressed and I haven't seen that error since.  That is what I think fixed it to where it would run some of the time but I somehow doubt it.  Also, I have all my folders taken off of Read Only.  I've set all the programs to run as administrator as well.  I'm truly stumped at this point.   here is the end of the log that I was talking about.  I can post the whole thing if needed but I would greatly appreciate the help.

You may want to check Task Manager to see if Nestopia isn't closing properly. If the emu is still running in the background RL won't launch another game. HS is passing the proper info to RL so that looks fine.

It is not closing out.  I just opened up HyperSpin again, tried to launch legend of zelda and I got the error that I thought I had rid myself of.  Exited out and checked the task manager and Nestopia isn't closed out.  Any idea why that would be?  Here is the log.
