What does the "HyperSpin" keyboard control do in HyperHQ?

I found it hard searching for this given the command is the same name as the product which is the same name as the website!  Sorry if I've missed it.

In Hyper HQ > Controls > Keyboard, there is an option called HyperSpin.

I've set it to a key on my keyboard but whenever I press that key in HyperSpin nothing happens.  Can someone please explain what it is for and what it should do?  Thanks - and sorry for asking what might be a dumb question! Thanks
