Pressing "Enter" won't open games

I've delved into many support topics on this website and through reddit with no clear definitive answer to my issue. I have installed HS 1.4 and RLauncher and went through all the tutorials very rigorously. I can open and launch games inside RocketLauncherUI but I cannot get games to open inside of HyperSpin. I can select my way through the Console selection but when I get to game selection it simply won't load anything. I have no duplicate processes running. Every .exe has adminstrator access. 

How do?
